Frequently asked

Do students need their own email addresses?

No. When you add students in your console, Genielingua generates a username and password for each one automatically, so pupils without a school email still get a personal login. You can rename any login — for example to a pupil's name — from the console.

How do students get their logins?

After you subscribe, open your teacher console and click "Issue student logins" to create as many as you need. Each username and password appears instantly — print them or download a CSV to hand out. Students then sign in at the normal login page and go straight to the course.

Can I see how students are doing?

Yes. Your teacher console lists every student in your school with their progress across all six modules, lesson by lesson, so you can see who has completed what.

How do we pay?

Online by card, in a couple of minutes — £299 a year, or £799 for three years, for your whole school. One payment covers every student; there are no per-pupil charges. Multi-academy trusts can request an invoice and a custom quote instead.

Can we add more students later?

Absolutely. Your plan covers your whole school, and you can issue more student logins any time from your console as your classes change.
